1. How is Helprlink better than general filtering functions on other platforms?

Traditional filtering systems are rigid. For example, if you filter out "No Myanmar helpers," you might accidentally exclude many great candidates who fit your home needs perfectly.

Helprlink uses AI and Machine Learning to learn your preferences, communication style, household routines, and expectations.

Our system thinks like you do, analysing patterns behind your decisions, not just what you click.

This means:

  • Smart recommendations
  • Fewer mismatches
  • More suitable candidates surfaced, not hidden by rigid filters

2. Should I always hire the helper with the highest match score?

Not necessarily.

The score is a guide, not a decision.

It highlights compatibility based on skills, preferences, personality and working style, but employers should still:

  • Interview the helper
  • Consider chemistry and communication
  • Assess real-life expectations

Our AI helps narrow down the best fit, but you make the final call.

3. Are the matches guaranteed?

No match is 100% guaranteed, but our system significantly improves compatibility by analysing detailed data and behavioural patterns. It saves you time and reduces mismatch risks, but human interaction remains essential.

🔵For Helpers

1. If I say "Yes" to all job preferences, will I get a job faster?

No.

Being honest is the most important part.

If you say "Yes" to everything just to increase chances, you may be matched to families whose needs you cannot meet—leading to stress or early termination.

When you share your true strengths and comfort levels, the system can match you with families who genuinely suit you.

2. Does Helprlink provide mediation or resolve disputes?

No, Helprlink is a technology platform, not an employment agency.

We help connect helpers and employers through AI matching, but we do not:

  • Mediate disputes
  • Manage employment contracts
  • Handle renewal or termination matters

If you face issues, please contact:

  • Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
  • Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE)
  • Your embassy or consulate

3. Will I still get jobs if my preferences are very specific?

Yes, as long as you are honest.

Families look for helpers who truly match their needs. Specific preferences help the AI match you more accurately and avoid misunderstandings later.

🔵For Agencies

1. Can I pay to make my helpers appear more often or rank higher?

No.

Helprlink prioritises best-fit matching, not paid visibility.

All helpers are recommended to employers based on data—not on advertising.

This ensures fairness for helpers and better outcomes for families.

2. Can I have additional staff accounts for my agency?

Yes, this is available for premium plans.

If you need more individual accounts or special configurations, please contact us and we will offer a customised solution.

3. Will my helper data be shared with others?

No.

All agency data remains confidential. Employers will only see information meant for hiring decisions and nothing more.

🔵Subscription, Billing & Refunds

1. Are subscription fees refundable?

Used portions of a subscription are non-refundable.

Only the unused portion of an active plan may be refundable on a pro-rated basis.

This ensures fairness while still giving flexibility to agencies or employers who change their needs.

2. Can I pause my subscription plan?

Currently, subscriptions cannot be paused. However, you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel future renewals anytime inside your account settings.

3. What happens if I cancel my subscription early?

You will continue to enjoy the plan benefits until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free or Basic tier.

🔵Licensing, Compliance & Platform Safety

1. Is Helprlink a licensed employment agency?

No, and we do not operate as one.

Helprlink is a technology platform that helps users find better matches using AI/ML.

We do not:

  • Perform placement activities
  • Collect placement fees
  • Interfere with employment contracts
  • Conduct mediation
  • Represent helpers or employers

Our role is similar to a digital matching tool, fully compliant with Singapore's MOM EA regulations.

2. Is the AI scoring system compliant with MOM rules?

Yes.

The AI score is simply a compatibility indicator, not an employment recommendation or approval.

It highlights matches based on data you provide and does not replace interviews, due diligence, or legal hiring steps.

3. Is my data safe?

Absolutely.

We use strong encryption and modern cloud security (Firebase & Supabase) to protect all information.

Data is never shared without clear consent.

🔵General Platform Questions

1. Does Helprlink guarantee that a helper will be hired or an employer will find a perfect match?

No platform can guarantee that.

But ours significantly improves chances through advanced matching, reducing the guesswork and saving everyone time.

2. Can employers, helpers, and agencies arrange interviews through the platform?

Yes!

Users can schedule interviews directly inside Helprlink.

We support reminders, confirmations, calendar invites, and WhatsApp notifications so everyone stays updated.

3. Is the AI biased or does it limit options?

No.

Our system is designed to expand your options, not restrict them.

For example, instead of excluding all helpers based on nationality, the AI evaluates skills, attitude, communication, and compatibility - leading to better matches.
